Whether you're handling time-sensitive documents like powers of attorney, medical directives, or financial forms, I come directly to the facility and ensure the process is smooth and secure.

U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
❗ Please note:
Paper IDs and photos of IDs are not accepted
If the signer does not have valid ID, a credible witness may be used (permitted by law). The witness must provide valid identification.
💳 Payment Methods
Payment is required at the time of service. Accepted forms include:
Cash
Cash App
Zelle
Credit/Debit Card
A receipt will be provided upon completion of payment.

As a commissioned notary public, I am not permitted to provide legal advice. For legal questions or concerns, please consult with a licensed attorney or legal professional.

$65 flat fee (includes travel + 1 notarized document)
$10 for each additional document
