✅ Texas Marriage License Requirements
To complete your marriage license signing:
You must have a valid Texas marriage license, issued at least 72 hours prior to signing (unless the waiting period has been waived).
The license must be signed within 90 days of issuance or it becomes invalid.
Both parties must be present and provide a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID).
No witnesses are required for marriage license signing in Texas.
After the license is signed, it must be returned to the county clerk’s office for recording.

License-Only Signing – For couples who want to legally marry with a short declaration and signed license, without a full ceremony
Quick Elopement – Includes legal signing and a brief exchange of vows (optional)
Officiant Services Available – I can also officiate your wedding ceremony (ask for ceremony packages!)
